Derrick House is a 3-bed semi-detached home located in Beckenham, Greater London.

This project involved interior reconfiguration and fit-out design works, to social areas at ground floor level, by knocking down a dividing wall between the dining and kitchen areas, and taking benefit from direct access to the rear garden.
