Design Brief

Knollys House is a 3-bed semi-detached home located in Streatham, South West London.

The design brief for this home was firstly, to expand the existing front entrance and lobby of the house, by adding a porch extension. Second brief was to unify the existing living room and kitchen, by recreating an open plan space, that combines cooking and eating activities with access to the external terrace and garden.

The client also wanted to incorporate a new WC/cloakroom facility for guests use at ground floor level.

The third and final brief was to extend and reuse the existing loft on the second floor by creating a new master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
