Design Brief

Lime Tree is a private 3-bedroom semi-detached house located in Surrey, England.

The brief for this home was to incorporate a ground floor rear extension, with the purpose of expanding the existing open plan kitchen and dining area, improving its functionality, and integrating a utility/pantry room to optimise the use of the combined existing, and new footprint of the building.

Additionally, the client wanted to extend and convert the existing loft-storage into a master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
